EveryMind is hiring a full-time Manager for Homeless Adult Programming team in Rockville, Maryland. Our Homeless Adult Programming Manager is responsible for the direct day to day implementation, staff support and management specific to the Homeless Outreach Team that directly engages adults living unsheltered and the Housing Initiative Program (HIP) that supports previously homeless adults to maintain housing in the community. Previous experience or specific interest and focus of these populations is required. This position will oversee data management and analysis, billing, quality assurance and control, and other functions for a successful program and client outcomes and impact.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in case management supporting severe mental health diagnosis, experience working with substance abuse, the ability to effectively interact with a variety of constituents and managing staff. Master’s degree in social work, human services, or related field and LCPC or LCSW strongly preferred. This position has the possibility of hybrid, providing an opportunity to have a blend of remote and onsite work at the discretion of the Director.
