Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced AV Systems Programmer to be a vital part of our installation and service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, configuring, and troubleshooting advanced AV systems. This role involves both new project installations and ongoing service support, including programming changes and system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, configure, and troubleshoot AV systems, primarily focusing on Crestron, Lutron, and Savant platforms.
• Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless integration of AV systems.
• Provide ongoing service support, including handling programming changes and updates.
• Collaborate with clients to customize AV solutions based on their needs and preferences.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and programming techniques in the AV industry.
• Document programming changes and maintain system configuration records.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in programming AV systems, particularly with Crestron, Lutron, and Savant.
• Strong understanding of AV system design and integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in AV programming (e.g., Crestron Certified Programmer, Lutron Programmer, etc.) are highly desirable.
