Online Pharmacist compounds and dispenses prescribed drugs per physician's instructions for online or mail order subscription orders. Manages a high volume of prescriptions. Being an Online Pharmacist does not typically interact with customers. May supervise technicians and oversee operational activities including data entry, order fulfillment, and shipping. Additionally, Online Pharmacist requires a doctorate degree in pharmacy (Pharm.D.). Typically reports to a manager or supervisor. Requires Registered Pharmacist (RPh). Clarity is recruiting a Supervising Pharmacist for a pharmacy in North Roscommon!
What you need to know:
This is a permanent role, which will commence ASAP. However, the pharmacy is willing to wait for the right candidate. You have a choice between full- or part-time hours, including alternating Saturdays. No Sundays, late nights or Bank Holidays. There is an excellent support team, including a team of technicians and OTC staff, to help cater to a steady flow of customers. Touchstore is the dispensing system used.
What you’ll be doing:- Management of dispensary and a dynamic team
- Responsible for all operations of the pharmacy
- Looking after the Regulatory compliance with PSI Obligations and other regulatory bodies
- Engaging actively with customers to encourage customer loyalty and confidence.
- Any other duties as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of the team as well as on your own initiative
- Good time management
- Strong customer service skills
- Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
- At least 3 years post-registration experience
