The Customer Experience Center Online Account Specialist will work closely with other team members to provide exceptional customer service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints and requests from customers via online and mobile banking, online account creation, inbound and outbound calls, and emails. In this role, the Online Account Specialist will provide information, explain products to potential and existing customers, as well as promoting and selling of bank products and services through the discovery process, accurately and efficiently. The Online Account Specialist should maintain a broad knowledge of the financial industry as a whole and the organization (including its policies, procedures, products and related services).
