Primary Responsibilities:

The Banking Specialist in this position will perform diverse, technical, and confidential support functions primarily regarding banking relationships and accounts including establishment and maintenance of accounts for third party ownership groups, online administration, and somewhat complex correspondence with related parties. This position requires someone with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with others.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Operate as primary Administrator of the banking management systems, which includes coordinating all treasury services such as account set-up, documentation and maintenance, coordination of on-line access, handling of signature cards and corporate resolutions, bank service agreements, reporting, user set up, reset password, etc.
• Maintain credit card program for petty cash accounts; provide support for the process and resolve inquiries
• Maintain master schedule of all bank accounts to include new accounts and deletion of old accounts.
• Communicate overdraft issues to appropriate parties.
• Respond to audit inquiries related to bank documentation, as appropriate.
• Assist in detailed accounting tasks on project management basis.
• Other duties may be assigned.

What You Bring to Us:

• Prior experience in Financial Services Support, preferably Banking.
• Significant time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Ability to perform clerical and statistical work requiring speed and accuracy.
• Advanced skills in Outlook and other MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exemplary demonstrated work ethic.
• Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
