This position plays a crucial role in managing our online presence by listing and building product pages for various platforms, such as our website, eBay, and Amazon. Additionally, the Online Product Manager will be responsible for taking high-quality pictures of items for online display and handling the shipping process for sold products.
**Responsibilities:**
- List and build product pages for The Relic Room's online platforms, including the website, eBay, and Amazon.
- Take professional-quality pictures of items to be showcased online, ensuring accurate representation of products.
- Manage online customer service inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Media Marketing Department to align online product listings with marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Independently manage weekly tasks related to updating and maintaining the online inventory.
- Ensure timely and accurate shipping of products to customers, including proper packaging and documentation.
- Collaborate with upper management to maintain consistency in product listings and online branding.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in e-commerce or online retail management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
