    Specialized Banking Product Manager
    Job Description

    Summary

    This position leads daily and short-term planning and execution for process improvement and growth of the Specialized Banking Deposit product, including Community Association Banking used by Property Management companies and HOA's. This position manages the product-set based on customer engagement, quantitative analysis, and market trends. This position coordinates all functions of development from conception to implementation, including involvement in testing and prioritization. This position provides leadership and direction for distribution and relationship management channels to ensure continued growth and profitability. Ensures the development and execution of sales and service strategies, programs and objectives resulting in an increase in growth, profitability and efficiency.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Assists in all stages of development for a business product. This includes but is not limited to planning & design, compiling resources, testing, execution, and monitoring product launch. Tracks and reports progress to appropriate parties.
    • Ensures products are developed and managed with a coordinated strategy. Collaborates with both internal and external parties to implement enhancements and resolve issues. Acts as a champion in support of product growth and front-end customer needs through product life cycles.
    • Conducts analysis of market trends including changing regulations, competitor options, and evolving customer needs. Recommends changes based on analysis results to increase product appeal.
    • Tracks customer experience through all stages of a product. Develops strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, acquisition and retention.
    • Works closely with business leaders and product partners to implement processes, business plans, and initiatives that improve efficiencies and production. Identifies areas of improvement and implements targeted solutions.
    • Participates in the planning and budget processes.
    • Provides guidance on challenges and other complex issues.
    • Assists in developing strategies for the acquisition and development of CAB client relationships. Maintains a strong knowledge of evolving industry, market, and client trends in order to leverage revenue-earning opportunities. Drives new business growth and profitability objectives through internal sales partnership and market expertise. Ensures the alignment of business plans with wider strategic goals.
    • Regularly consults with risk partners to ensure common understanding and application of policies. Exercises sound judgment in decision making within assigned authority. Ensures compliance throughout daily activities with all applicable regulations, policies, and guidelines.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications:
    • Attention to detail and process-oriented with the ability to transform ideas into action.
    • Develop and implement short and long term plans to achieve profitability and growth goals
    • Excellent oral and written communication, with the ability to deliver effective presentations.
    • Strong organizational, project and time management skills, able to address multiple projects/requests and meet tight deadlines.


    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    • Manages the Sales Assistant and Client Experience Officer teams.


    Education and/or Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree and at least 6 years of experience in Product Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience with Property Management banking
    • Experience in Banking or Financial Services, specifically within sales, servicing and managing support functions


    Computer and Software Skills:
    • Microsoft office suite
    • Salesforce
