The ideal Cancer Center Operations Director will meet the following requirements:

• Prior acute care experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA/MHA or similar preferred
• Experience with physician management, standardizing processes, and problem-solving
• Oncology background preferred, specifically in outpatient infusion and clinic settings
• Strong relationship-building skills with physicians and staff
