The Director is accountable for leadership, direction/strategy, and accountability for the overall Quadruple Aim performance of the Oncology Service Line for Providence Inland Northwest Washington (INWA). The Oncology service line is in the process of growth in the adult ambulatory setting with strong, established programs in adult specialty care and all facets of pediatric oncology through their children’s hospital. The program works synergistically with the other Providence service areas across seven states working through an institute structure at a Division and System level driving best practice and integrated care models.

INWA is a $1.6B, 9k caregiver service area within Providence, offering quaternary and tertiary services for 90k square miles across Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho, and Northeastern Oregon area including five hospitals (1,033 total beds & 34k annual admissions), a Medical Group (90 clinics / 900 providers with over 1M visits annually), a multi-use Ambulatory Surgery Center, a rehab institute, assisted living, home health, and multiple urgent cares.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - Health care, business, economics or related field.

• 7 years - Management or administrative experience in health care, preferably in an integrated health delivery network and have in depth knowledge of healthcare business operations specific to Cancer Services.

• Solid financial background gained through both operations and business planning experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree.
