Oilwell Pumper is responsible for daily upkeep and maintenance of oil wells. Operates oil production and injection equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures. Being an Oilwell Pumper reports and interprets metrics such as volume and pressure of gas and oil within the well. Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion. Additionally, Oilwell Pumper requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Oilwell Pumper works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.     Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, enjoys learning a new trade, and have a strong work ethic. Work is conducted on client project sites and in an outdoor work environment in year-round weather conditions. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on job sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting, digging, and the use of hand and power tools. Ability to learn basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of septic systems.     Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of various plumbing and septic systems
    • Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete assigned tasks
    • Positive attitude
    • Hand digging and excavation of septic and sewer lines
    • Ability to work in all weather conditions
    • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
    • Maintain good health status and flexibility to bend, push, pull, stoop and/or twist.
    • Must be able to perform strenuous work in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift 75lbs.
    • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
    • Supporting Technicians on jobsites, including construction, service, and repair jobs
    • Assist with setup and tear down of job sites
    • Assist with loading and unloading trucks/equipment
    • Maintaining equipment and cleaning hand tools
    • Learning quality control standards, documentation practices and proper utilization of our internal systems (dispatch, clocking in, job completion, invoicing)
    • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, maintenance tasks, and inspections
