Who We Are

Company is an oil and gas mineral buying company whose founders were the principals behind company, the largest natural gas company headquartered in West Virginia before its sale in 2016. We are now building the largest mineral company headquartered in West Virginia. Country Roads Minerals has a 7-year-old "startup" culture that purchases oil and gas mineral rights in West Virginia. We're bringing oil and gas mineral buying into the 21st century.

Company is dual headquartered in Williamstown and Morgantown, West Virginia. We are rapidly scaling our business - and our team!

How We Do It

We do things the old-fashioned way. We come to the office, roll up our sleeves and go to work. If you don't know what this means, we may not be a good fit.

Who You Are

• Able to handle someone saying they are not interested, which makes you one person closer to someone saying "yes".

• You do NOT have to have oil and gas landman experience to be successful with us.

What You Will Do

As a Mineral Buyer you will call oil and gas mineral owners and offer to purchase their mineral rights. We try and give people money, a unique business model. We provide all the leads, phone numbers and do all the back office support of deed preparation, mailers etc.

What You Bring

• Willing to call people. You do not need to be a "natural" salesperson. We offer people money, not try and get money from people.

• Organized to follow up with people and able to juggle multiple people at various points in the purchasing process.

• Self starter.
