The Oil and Gas Superintendent manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $138,940.00 to $333,460.00 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. Who You Are Required Professional and Technical Expertise: Extensive experience and recent proven track record in IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting with regional or global consulting firm (Big 5 or boutiques) with delivery and business development success and growth Continuous learning mindset with thirst for understanding of relevant business insights for your assigned client, including knowledge of relevant industry and competitive trends that can lead to Kyndryl solutions which clients will feel compelled to buy. Established history combining consulting, managed services, sold and delivered successfully; experience delivering workshops, assessments, strategies, roadmaps, designs, and deployment plans Demonstrated record creating & executing client transformation programs to drive strategies, optimization, and modernization Track record of developing and expanding client relationships with executive focus, proven ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, create solutions to business problems, and present content that resonates with both business and IT stakeholders so as to drive transformation and growth of Kyndryl’s business across a broad range of stakeholder groups (executive, tech, etc.) Differentiated industry expertise (in at least one of: Oil & Gas, Downstream Energy, Chemical, Process, and Petroleum) and depth of knowledge across technology and IT trends, business challenges, market dynamics, industry competition, and peer group activities Demonstrated ability to shape large complex, multi-competency deals across the Kyndryl Practices portfolio (e.g., Cloud, Applications, Data/AI, Network & Edge, Datacenter, Security, Resiliency, and/or Digital Workplace Services) and Kyndryl Alliances, as appropriate. Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise: Experience with Statement of Work / Contract development, iteration, refinement, negotiation, and deal closure Development of business cases with return-on-investment analysis Deep experience working with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure and GCP) across large optimization, migration, and modernization solutions.
