Description
The Food Truck and Production Supervisor manages the day-to-day food truck operations, maintenance, daily preparation, and menu; creates all promotional materials for menus & tastings. Ensures all food safety standards are being met including food handling procedures and sanitation in accordance with Department of Health regulations. Works with the Culinary Manager to inventory food and supplies. Supervises the Meal Production Coordinator, volunteers, and student interns in meal production; and oversees volunteer and student intern workers on food truck. Cook, prepare, and package meals in commercial kitchen and on the food truck, and ensure meals are distributed to various programs daily while keeping records of meals and individuals served.

Requirements
An Associate degree in culinary arts with 3-5 years of professional culinary experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e. business, human services, nonprofit management) preferred, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills have been acquired. Supervisory experience preferred. Must have a current ServSafe accreditation (food handler) or acquire within the first 90 days. Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, access to reliable transportation and willingness and ability to travel within CVOEO service area. Attend evening and weekend meetings as required.
