LSI currently seeks a full-time Resettlement Supervisor to lead the resettlement of Afghan evacuees and other refugee populations through our Immigrant and Refugee Community Services in Sioux City.
What You'll Do
The Resettlement Supervisor plans and implements programming, coordinates core service delivery, supervises staff, ensures program goals are met, and satisfies budgetary, compliance and reporting responsibilities according to contract standards. Guide the implementation of the program and ensure all core services are completed in a timely manner including the provision of safe, sanitary, and affordable housing, airport pickups, home visits, school enrollment, domestic health assessments, and access to public benefits. Manage relationships with internal and external partners necessary for the effective delivery of services.
Service provision oversight and support may occur during normal business hours, after hours, or on weekends.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and 2 years of supervisory experience. Candidates with the language skills to meet the needs of clients is preferred, but not required.
