The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures, including filing systems, supply inventory, and vendor management
- Coordinate with staff for timely invoicing and collections.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment
- Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Perform general administrative tasks as required
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
