Henry Home Interiors is currently seeking applicants for the position of Office Manager. Our Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently, and upholds the standards of excellence for which Henry Home Interiors is known. As the Office Manager, your organizational skills will be essential as you manage our point-of-sale system, track merchandise deliveries, and support designers in serving our customers. You will play a vital role in managing our relationships with furniture manufacturers and transportation companies, ensuring that the products we offer are delivered with the highest level of accuracy and care.

You will need to be:

• Energized by working in an environment that requires exceptional attention to detail.
• Skilled as a self-starter and comfortable working independently.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback from anyone on staff.
• Organized and process-driven during high-stress moments and tight deadlines.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee our point-of-sale system, ensuring pricing, inventory, and delivery timelines are accurate and up-to- date.
• Develop and manage the systems and processes essential for the daily functioning and excellence of the Henry Home Interiors store.
• Initiate and track claims for damaged products with manufacturers and transportation companies.
• Coordinate appointments, calendars, and deliveries, enabling our designers to concentrate on providing exceptional customer service.
• Enhance the overall efficiency of our store by managing supplies, overseeing incoming and outgoing inventory, and ensuring adequate store coverage during peak times.

Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00a - 5:00p, Occasional Saturdays 10:00a - 5:00p.
