The successful candidate will perform all tasks necessary to manage and operate a Business Office.
Excellent writing, communication, computer, math, and organizational skills. The ability to understand state regulations and ensure compliance. Medicaid knowledge. Must be able to perform accounting procedures and bookkeeping. Manage checkbook registers and ledgers.
Proven People skills is a must to work successfully with employees as well as our members. Must be self-disciplined, motivated and able to work independently and meet deadlines. Must be a leader that builds cohesiveness and positivity in the workplace. Supervisory experience is required as well as the ability to carry out and complete all required tasks. Various hours may occasionally be required to meet deadlines, perform training, and quality assurance tasks/monitoring. The candidate must be flexible, honest, trustworthy, and dependable.
