Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Assistant to join our team. As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Engineering, Shipping, and Manufacturing departments with paperwork, spreadsheeting, and other various items. This is a role that requires knowledge of spreadsheeting programs, word processing programs, ERP systems, and some familiarity with manufacturing processes. Duties:
- Assist with the paperwork and clerical duties related to Engineering and Manufacturing
- Use Excel, Word, and ERP systems to create production documentation
- Maintain a neat and organized work area
- Assist with organizing shipments and related paperwork
- Maintain and update spreadsheets for job time tracking

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Must be proficient with Word and highly proficient to advanced with Excel
- Very strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Previous experience with ERP software preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
