**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

**Duties:**

- Manage the front desk by greeting and assisting patients

- Answer in coming telephone calls in a professional and timely manner

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families

- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation

- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars

- Handle medical receptionist duties

- Assist with medical office tasks as needed

- Type documents, reports, and correspondence accurately

- Offer customer support via phone or email

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in front desk operations

- Pedicatric experience is a plus

- Strong customer service skills

- Excellent organizational abilities

- Prior administrative experience preferred

- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties beneficial

- Familiarity with medical office procedures advantageous

- Ability to use Epic

- Proficient typing skills

- Effective customer support capabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.41 - $21.40 per hour
