Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Office Administrator for a company based in Northport, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for providing customer service to current and potential residents, promoting the property, and handling all paperwork associated with the property.
Pay Rate
$14.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, hours vary
Office Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with office applications
- Data entering both Alpha and Numeric
- Set appointments
- Answering multi-phones
- Write legibly
- Will data enter sensitive financial information provided to the state and other entities
- Will create PowerPoint slide shows
Office Administrator Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong computer skills and use of Microsoft Office required
- Discretion and Confidentiality of sensitive company and client information req
- Acceptable Testing assessments required (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Typing)
- Paralegal or law experience is preferred
