Your Day-To-Day

As a tire salesman and technician, you’ll work on an exciting variety of vehicles, such as semi-trucks, box trucks, farm equipment, passenger vehicles, other commercial-rated vehicles, etc. Basically, if it has wheels, we can sell and change the tires. You will also get to work in a variety of locations, including in the shop, onsite at customer locations, and roadside. You will be required to call upon current and potential tire customers, promoting multiple lines of tires.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assist in advertising sales and services

- Inventory monitoring and counting

- Putting together stock orders

- Lifting and jacking vehicles

- Bolting and unbolting wheel assemblies

- Dismounting, mounting, and balancing tires and wheels

- Repairing flats

Our Expectations

We look for team members who are self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and are skilled at customer service and teamwork. For this position, previous experience in sales and as a tire technician is a plus. Here are some other qualifications that will help you stand out as a candidate:

- Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers

- Sales experience

- Valid Chauffeur’s license (or willingness to obtain one) with Medical Card

- Excellent driving record

- Ability to safely lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

- Basic computer skills

- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
