Occupational Therapy Supervisor supervises the delivery of occupational therapy programs that help patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities. Provides guidance and monitors the performance of the occupational therapy staff. Being an Occupational Therapy Supervisor studies, evaluates, and records patients' activities and progress. May require a master's degree. Additionally, Occupational Therapy Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Typically requires Occupational Therapist certification. The Occupational Therapy Supervisor supervises a group of professional level staff. May also be a level above a supervisor. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 40 hours/week. 8-hour day shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Intermittent weekends per Supervisor weekend rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking a Supervisor, Occupational and Physical Therapy to:
Education:
Minimum - Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy.
Preferred - Masters or doctoral degree in a related clinical field or in business/health care administration.
Work Experience:
Minimum - Three years of professional experience as an OT or PT.
Preferred - Previous therapy leadership experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - Licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin. Certification in Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automatic External Defibrillator.
