The Occupational Therapy Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be an Occupational Therapy Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Advanced Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Director of Physical Therapy to join our team in our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy program
- A physical therapist currently licensed in Michigan (or able to expeditiously begin licensing process)
- Marketing experience desirable
- Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise and manual-based skills and sports rehabilitation preferred
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to multitask effectively
- Focused on quality patient care with a positive, compassionate perspective
