Select Physical Therapy is seeking an occupational therapist to serve as ReVital Program Director (RPD) and lead the charge in bringing greater access to cancer rehabilitation services for the people in our community affected by cancer.
The RPD position is a market-level leadership position, split administrative and clinical. Treatment hours are performed out of The Angeles Clinic and Research Institute (TACRI) with the opportunity to interact and build relationships with the onsite oncology team. Single clinician space with a balcony and in-suite front office support.
Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, who provide rehabilitative services to help improve quality of life for people affected by cancer. Cancer rehabilitation experience required, program development experience strongly preferred. The ideal candidate would also have lymphedema interest/experience/certification. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training, which must be completed within the first 6-12 months of employment. The ReVital Program Director (RPD) Occupational Therapist owns the program development strategy and is accountable for achieving market program growth and quality expectations. Compensation: Salary $90,000 - $110,000/year commensurate with experience
