- Valid license as an Occupational Therapist in California.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Previous experience working in home health or with geriatric populations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, assessments, and interventions for rehabilitation.
- Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a diverse healthcare team and educate patients and families.
- Empathy, patience, and a client-centered approach in working with elderly or disabled individuals.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation software.
