Being an Occupational Therapy Director monitors patient progress and treatment plans. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Occupational Therapy Director typically reports to top management. The Occupational Therapy Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Our Santa Barbara location is primarily School Based clients seen on the school campuses. If you LOVE working with school children, but HATE the politics of working for the schools, then we are the right kind of company for you. We are a Non-Public Agency contracting with the schools. We work WITH the schools but not FOR the schools. Meaning you get the best of working with the kids in the classes, and doing the evaluations but are often times able to avoid much of the red tape that hampers our creativity as therapists. YES - You will have to attend IEP meetings, we can't get out of those, sorry.
Your expected earning potential is between $95 ,0000 - 110,000 a year.
Basis of pay is based on treatment hours and efficiency. We offer a two tier payment system of base pay treatment pay. Productivity bonuses offered.
