Being an Occupational Therapy Director monitors patient progress and treatment plans. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Occupational Therapy Director typically reports to top management. Job Responsibilities:

. Expectations for this role may include providing treatment at patient's home, school setting as well as providing treatment in the clinic.
· Producing daily electronic progress notes
· Carrying out individualized treatment plans that address specific functional needs
· Ability to collaborate with other disciplines on best practices to improve progress for patient/child.
- Willing to travel to multiple locations (schools, daycares, clinic) in the area.
Job Requirements:
· State of Florida (DOH) license
· Level II Background Screening fingerprints
· One-year experience in a pediatric setting (preferred)
Skills:
· Understanding of handling and responding to Autism and ADHD behaviors
· Have a caring and nurturing demeanor
· Ability to collaborate with other disciplines on best practices to improve progress for patient/child.
· Detail oriented
