Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: 123 4th Ave NW, Puyallup, WA 98371
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Full-Time (Weekend Rotation)
Salary: $40-$55/hr

Job Summary:
The Rivers at Puyallup, rated 3.8 on Google, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our assisted living facility. As an OT, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and administering therapy to help patients restore function and adapt to physical disabilities following injury or illness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registered Occupational Therapist in Washington
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of start date

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and direct occupational therapy treatments
• Use various therapy modalities as prescribed by physicians
• Assist patients in achieving maximum performance and adjusting to their capabilities
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
