Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Plumbers Helper. As a Plumbers Helper, you will assist our experienced plumbers in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of plumbing projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in the plumbing industry and is eager to learn and grow. Responsibilities: - Assist plumbers in assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures - Perform pipe threading and cutting using appropriate tools - Help carpenters with framing and other construction-related tasks - Operate power tools and hand tools under the guidance of experienced plumbers - Assist in welding and soldering tasks as needed - Aid in remodeling projects by removing old plumbing fixtures and installing new ones - Support the maintenance person team in maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus - Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from experienced plumbers - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects - Excellent communication skills We offer competitive pay based on experience along with opportunities for career advancement within our company.
