What You'll Do:
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will carry out our Mission of Love by providing occupational therapy services in accordance with the plan of care. You will provide initial and on-going assessment and evaluation of patient response to therapy. You will accurately document evaluation and treatments provided. You will attend trainings to build understanding and capacity to undertake QAPI work. You will carry out QAPI roles and responsibilities as assigned.
