Occupational Therapist - Jackson, TN (Madison, Gibson, and Crockett County) area

Home Health Occupational Therapists help increase the quality of life for patients by improving their independence, and self-care ability, compensating for loss of function, and adapting to their environment.

• ​Adaptive equipment recommendations and training
• Sensory and perception exercises and training
• Fine and gross motor skill training
• Cognitive exercises

Our dedicated and compassionate team of nurses, therapists, personal care aides, and other support staff work together to ensure patients receive individualized care in an environment that is focused on achieving high-quality outcomes.

Occupational Therapy (OT) Qualifications:

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and/or certified by successfully completing the National Certification examination, or
• Is eligible for the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing, unless licensure does not apply.
• Two (2) years’ experience, preferred.
