Develops programs, guidelines, and standards for occupational service delivery that support the organization's overall strategy. Additionally, Occupational Medicine Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. The Occupational Medicine Director manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Mercy Occupational Medicine is currently seeking a Medical Director to join our team in serving business across the region. Occupational Health experience and MRO certification preferred. This Occupational Health team consists of six occupational medicine clinics powered by 10 providers.
