Being an OTC Clerk may require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The OTC Clerk works under moderate supervision. Day to day duties consist of customer service, dispatching trucks, answering phones, taking dumpster rental orders, misc filing, aspects of AP/AR and other misc office duties
REQUIREMENTS:
Punctuality, customer service skills, knowledge of basic office tasks, QuickBooks experience is a MUST, good phone etiquette, ability to multitask and works well with others.
