Ahealthcare company is seeking to hire an AP / AR Clerk. In this seatyou will be responsiblefor overseeing all AP / AR and will handle all vendor communication.

The ideal candidate has experience using QuickBooks and has a highvolume AP / AR invoicing background.

Duties&Responsibilities :

• Processpost and enter data for payables for multipleaccounts.
• Prepareprocess and post cash receipts for multipleaccounts.
• Researchvendor paymentissues.
• Trackand request tenant salesreports.
• Maintainvendor files including W9information.
• Annualfiling of 1099s.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in a business relatedfield
• 2years of strong accounts payables and accounts receivablesexperience
• Accurateand detailoriented with strong problem solving and investigativeskills
• Musthave the ability to handle multiple properties and multipleclients
• Abilityto work in fast paced environment with competingdeadlines
• Strongproficiency in MSExcel
• QuickBookssoftware experiencepreferred
• Paperlesspayable system experiencepreferred

QUALIFICATIONS : A minimum of 5 years of accounts payable experiencerequired Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience usingformulas / pivot tables, etc.

Experience with NetSuite is a plus,requires experience with accounting software Strong ability inmanaging priorities Strong customer service skills Knowledge ofthree way matching of purchase orders, packing slips and invoicesAbility to perform in a high-growth, fast-paced, collaborative workenvironment Ideal candidates will have excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, strong organization skills, thrive in afast-paced environment and keen attention to details
