We are looking for highly-motivated team players to work with us. Dixie Nutrition has proudly served Southern Utah since 1969 and it wouldn't be possible without people like you. From Day 1, you will start gaining knowledge of our robust product catalog and will continue refining it throughout the rest of your job. You’ll be expected to help customers kindly and efficiently with any questions they have, and remember that the customer always comes first. Shifts are scheduled between 9am and 6pm with rotating Saturdays required.

No experience necessary, but 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include (but aren't limited to):

• Greet all customers
• Keep a knowledge of the store's product catalog
• Arrange aesthetically pleasing product displays
• Ensure all shelves and displays are well stocked and clean
• Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations
• Carry out transactions on a POS system
• Handle cash, card, check, and EBT payments
• Answer and make phone calls
• Respond to and resolve customer complaints
• Provide a top-notch customer service experience

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Lift up to 40lbs
• Stand for a full shift (except for breaks)
• Keep calm under stress
• Have a smile on your face every day
