Nutrition Director directs and oversees all aspects of an organization's or institution's nutrition guidelines and initiatives. Oversees institution of basic nutrition plans including individualized menu plans and monitors intake and acceptance of meals, snacks, and supplements. Being a Nutrition Director monitors and ensures proper nutrition education is provided. May oversee menu planning or food service operations. Additionally, Nutrition Director requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) from Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Typically reports to top management. The Nutrition Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Nutrition Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Clinical Dietitian your area.
Registered Dietitian will work 75% of position remotely via telehealth.
Only 1 day per month is worked onsite. RD must live in the Cheyenne, WY or surrounding areas.
The position will work a total of 20-24 hours per month. The position will provide Outpatient and Inpatient nutrition services.
Hours must be completed during business hours Monday-Friday
Compensation: $30.00-$36.00 /hr DOE
Position will require travel 1 day per month providing services to Cheyenne, WY and surrounding areas. Paid Travel time provided $30.00-$36.00 per hour.

* Responsibilities:Coordinate nutritional care of patients and patients by completing nutritional assessments
* Participate in care planning meetings as required
* Provide nutritional counseling and education for patients and family
* Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards
* Perform duties independently without training or direction
Requirements: Candidates must be Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Experience with electronic charting
* Familiarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations
