About the Job:

The Nutrition Group has an open position of Food Service Director at a large, production kitchen. 

Duties may include:

• Supervision of food and meal preparation. 
• Follow HACCP and Health Department guidelines.
• Hands on management at mealtimes required.

Qualifications:

• Must have strong HealthCare and/or Corrections Food Service experience.
• Staff Management Experience
• Must be able to manage multiple buildings
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer Proficiency
• Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks prior to hire
• Valid Drivers License
