Summary:

Plan, administer and direct all meal services operations. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified food service experience for patients, residents, visitors and employees.

Education/ Work Experience:

BS Degree preferred, Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

5-8 years previous management experience in large-scale/ high-volume food service operation required

Serv-Safe Certification preferred
