Nutrition Director directs and oversees all aspects of an organization's or institution's nutrition guidelines and initiatives. Oversees institution of basic nutrition plans including individualized menu plans and monitors intake and acceptance of meals, snacks, and supplements. Being a Nutrition Director monitors and ensures proper nutrition education is provided. May oversee menu planning or food service operations. Additionally, Nutrition Director requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) from Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Typically reports to top management. The Nutrition Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Nutrition Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Clinic Director. The ideal candidate will have a passion for IV Nutrient therapy and functional medicine, with excellent leadership skills, and a strong ability to manage both staff and administrative duties effectively. Someone with strong communication skills and who is detailed oriented is preferred. Someone with excellent IV skills is a requirement. 
    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Assist the Clinic Director in overseeing daily operations and staff management
    • Communicating effectively with Clinic Director on a day to day 
    • Assess clients physical health, including vital signs, physical assessment, mental
      status, etc. and identify contraindications to intravenous therapy.
    • Ensure efficient clinic workflow and optimal patient care
    • Detail oriented eye for keeping the clinic well organized and peak presentation
    • Placement of intravenous catheters and accessing ports. As well as assessing both PIV's and Ports during clients visit
    • Running fluids, and Monitoring the patient.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction
    • Supervise, train, and mentor clinic staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
    • Coordinate schedules and delegate tasks to appropriate personnel
    • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy
    • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
    • Oversee inventory management and procurement of supplies for IV Nutrient Therapy
    • Hold staff to a high standard of care and work ethic
    • Assist with management of Advertising, social media, and out-reach
    • Collaborate with the Clinic Director on budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning
    • Keeping the clinic clean and professional with an eye for details
    • Participate in staff meetings, performance evaluations, and staff development programs
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in healthcare
    Qualifications:
    • Required EMT, RN, or Paramedic (current NREMT for EMT or Paramedic,  & current Colorado license)
    • Preferred Background of or BA of communications, business, sales, healthcare administration or related field
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience of active clinical work, where IV's are administered regularly
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare management role
    • Proven track record of effective leadership, staff management, and team building
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficiency in medical software and office productivity tools
    • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
    • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to client care
