We are currently looking for a passionate Registered Dietitian to be a part of our growing team for a hybrid position in the area. Position Highlights:

• Work Schedule: 24-40 hours per week, Approx 40% of hours are complete remotely via telehealth.
  
• Compensation: $37.00-$42.00 per hour, based on experience.
  
• Travel Compensation: Paid at your hourly rate for travel time to and from the facility.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (preferred).
  
• Proficiency in providing general nutrition education, e.g., weight management.
  
• Experience with tube feedings.
  
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems.
  
• Knowledgeable about state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations.
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Undertake comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients.
  
• Administer medical nutrition therapy, including for wound healing and weight management.
  
• Offer nutritional counseling and education to both clients and their families.
  
• Ensure adherence to DOH/state/federal regulations and company standards.
  
• Execute tasks independently without the need for routine supervision.
