Regeis Care Center is actively seeking a Registered Nurses (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic team of professionals! Duties and Responsibilities for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Nursing staff
- Oversee patient care activities and ensure adherence to established standards of care
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of nursing staff and provide feedback for improvement
- Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow
- Coordinate and facilitate staff training and development programs
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care plans and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information in electronic health records
- Reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care within the facility.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven experience as a Nurse Manager or similar leadership role
- Knowledge of SigmaCare/MatrixCare a plus.
- Strong knowledge of sterile processing, anatomy, patient care, discharge planning, ICD-10 coding, IV infusion, and workers compensation law
- Excellent clinical skills with the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat patients effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of nurses
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
