Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans

- Document patient information accurately and timely

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in Louisiana
- Proven experience as a Charge Nurse or in a similar leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of assisted living, aliment, venipuncture, Epic, ICD-10, dialysis, working with people with developmental disabilities, and infection control protocols
- Strong clinical skills, including experience administering injections
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
