Nursing Supervisor - Nursing Home jobs in Florida
Nursing Supervisor - Nursing Home supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel in a nursing home. Participates in planning work of assigned units and coordinates activities with other patient care units and related departments. Being a Nursing Supervisor - Nursing Home ensures that patients' needs are met and evaluates nursing care and performance. Monitors patient recordkeeping activities for accuracy, completion, and compliance with all regulations. Additionally, Nursing Supervisor - Nursing Home requires a bachelor's degree of nursing. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Nursing Supervisor - Nursing Home supervises a small group of nursing staff in an organization. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. - Responsible for evening supervision and oversight of a 120-bed facility.
- Key Management position for facility.
- Ability to lead & train staff and be flexible.
- Able to relate well to staff, patients and family members.
- Prefer someone with LTC/Rehab management experience.

- Must have current CPR license.
