A renowned rehabilitation hospital network is searching for a Nursing Supervisor for one of its hospitals in Southern New Hampshire. In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to nurses while promoting excellence in care for patients and families across the continuum. You will oversee the delivery of nursing care and the nursing process and serve as a clinical resource to staff. Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively and build relationships with all levels of personnel.
• Mentor and lead clinical nursing staff.
• Assign staff to patients and maintain adequate and safe staffing ratios.
• Reports to the Nurse Manager with accountability for nursing standards and practice, nursing education, and infection control.
• Strong organization skills, self-starting initiative, and high belief in the change process.

Qualifications:

• Valid NH RN License
• BSN preferred
• 3 years of rehabilitation clinical experience with 3 years of supervisory/management experience.

Additional Info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11p-7a
• NO WEEKENDS!
• Pay $37-$47.36 /hr., depending on experience
• $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
