Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of housekeeping services
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
