Position Title: 🩺 Surgical Services Manager
Location: 📍 Richmond, VA
Shift: Full-time • No Weekends

Job Summary:

• 🤝 Manage/supervise departmental staff through innovative management practices.
• 💼 Ensure optimal patient care and safety in Surgical Services.
• 💬 Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• 💰 Manage operational and capital budgets for fiscal responsibility.
• 📝 Maintain appropriate documentation and compile statistical information.
• 🌱 Act as a professional role model and pursue professional growth.

Qualifications:

• 💉 2 years of peri-operative nursing experience with demonstrated leadership.
• 🎓 BSN preferred.
• 💖 Current American Heart Association BLS certification and Virginia RN licensure required.
• 💼 Management experience in Peri-operative Nursing Practice required.
