Nursing Home Director directs and conducts the day-to-day activities of the nursing home in accordance with established policies. Implements changes to improve nursing home and reviews ongoing activities. Being a Nursing Home Director communicates with patients to ensure quality care. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Nursing Home Director typically reports to top management. The Nursing Home Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Nursing Home Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON SNF)

The ADON will assist and support the DON with the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure our residents are receiving quality care and excellent customer service. Additionally, the ADON will provide support and direction to nurses and nursing assistants. Interested candidates should be motivated and goal-oriented leaders dedicated to our mission and "4 C's."

    Hours for the position are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No holidays and no on-call hours!

    Requirements for the position:

    • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin
    • Prior experience working as a nurse with the senior population preferred; 1 - 2 years leadership experience preferred
    • Ability to develop and nurture professional and educational relationships with staff members
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
    • Familiarity with resident/patient charting systems
