Nursing Home Administrator (Executive Director) Requirements:
· Active License as required by state law.
· Possess excellent knowledge and experience in regulatory compliance, human resource development and management, nursing management, budget processes, and census and business development.
· Excellent work history in the long-term care industry.
· Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
· Previous Nursing Home Administrator (Executive Director) experience in Skilled Nursing Facility required; 1-2 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator highly preferred.
· Commitment to team-oriented outcomes and quality care.
· Possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large.
· Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care.
