Recommends changes to improve nursing home and reviews ongoing activities. Being a Nursing Home Director (Hosp. Op.) communicates with patients to ensure quality care. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Nursing Home Director (Hosp. Op.) typically reports to top management. The Nursing Home Director (Hosp. Op.) manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Nursing Home Director (Hosp. Op.) typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. - Capable of understanding P&L’s and managing the financials for the electrical division.
- Capable of reviewing electrical estimates for accuracy and quality.
- Good customer relations skills.
- Capable of assisting customers with project-related issues.
- Ensure safe work practices are upheld by Project Managers and Field Personnel.
- Ensure quality standards are upheld by Project Managers and Field Personnel.
