Nursing Education Director leads and directs the overall planning, development, and administration of nursing education programs. Oversees the design and implementation of curriculums to train and update skills and knowledge of in-service nurses. Being a Nursing Education Director evaluates the department's performance and ensures that all federal and state regulatory requirements are met. Requires a master's degree in nursing. Additionally, Nursing Education Director requires Registered Nurse (RN) License. Typically reports to senior management. The Nursing Education Director manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Nursing Education Director typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.     About the Position:

    The Director of Education (DOE) is responsible for the entire educational process at the school. This includes management of the school faculty and classrooms, adherence and compliance to the company policies, government regulations, and accreditation, plus managing the overall quality of the educational experience for our students.

    This position may require early morning, evening, and Saturday hours. The salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - 55,000.00 per year.

    Our ideal Candidate possesses 5-10 years of combined work experience and education as outlined below:
    • Excellent skills in leadership, supervision, communication, and customer service.
    • Management experience is required, and school operational management experience is preferred.
    • School leadership experience in a post-secondary environment is a plus.
    • Proven ability to excel in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience managing accreditation and/or compliance is preferred.
    • A Vocational Diploma, or an Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
